By default, our prices are quoted EXW Hong Kong: the finished piece ready for collection at our door in Hong Kong. Shipping, insurance, and any import duties are arranged separately, and we're happy to handle them for you.

Pricing happens in two steps. First, a quotation. Browse our catalog of thousands of designs, find a piece close to what you have in mind, and configure it to get a close estimate on the spot. With a catalog this size, most people find something near enough; and if nothing quite fits, you can submit a request for a custom quotation. Then the final price: the actual cost is calculated after production, once the real materials and work are settled, and that is what we invoice.

The price reflects everything that goes into a piece, not just the raw materials: the metal, the stones, the design, consultation, quality control, and sourcing and logistics.

Order in volume and a discount applies.

Yes, that's what we're here for. Many of our partners come to us with a clear vision, they know what they like and how their brand should feel or be positioned in the market. Through consultation we help bring your vision to life. In the early stages, while you're still exploring, we provide 2D sketches. As the idea takes shape, we move to 3D modeling, refining and fine-tuning until the piece is ready for production.

We'd love to help. We've worked with jewelry brands from the ground up and know what it takes to start one, because a brand is more than its products. It's everything around them: pricing, your sales channels online and in store, distribution, packaging, branding, and photography and campaigns.

We can guide you through all of it, point you in the right direction, and connect you with the close partners we work with, so you know who to turn to and when. One thing worth thinking through before you begin is your budget, how much you want to invest. This is a business in tangible goods, so having a sum to work with from the start matters, and we'll help you make the most of it.
