Bespoke jewelry is where your story takes shape in gold and precious stones. It’s our most exclusive service, the creation of a jewel from a blank canvas.

While our Made-to-Order pieces allow you to customize an existing DIA’LOG design to your size, gold color, and choice of diamond or gemstone, Bespoke begins with no template at all. Every detail is conceived from scratch, inspired by your vision, story, and style.

The Bespoke Journey

1. Discover Your Inspiration
We begin with a private consultation to understand your wishes. You may already have a design in mind, a milestone or memory you would like us to draw inspiration from, or gemstones or heirloom jewelry you wish to reimagine.

2. Define Your Design & Specification
Together, we define the design, dimensions, materials, and quality. Our designers may create original hand-drawn sketches exclusively for you, helping to visualize your vision.

3. Approve The Design & Deposit
Once you approve the initial design and specifications, we provide an estimated price based on current materials, design, and labor. At this stage, a 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing diamonds, colored gemstones, and precious metals. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

4. Select The Stone(s)
We source exceptional diamonds, colored gemstones, and precious metals to match your design. Some clients prefer to entrust us fully with the sourcing, while others enjoy being involved in reviewing and confirming the stones. We tailor the experience to your preference.

5. Review Our 3D Design (CAD Model)
Using the exact dimensions of the selected stones, we create a 3D model of your jewel. We review each version together and refine the design until it is exactly as you envisioned.

6. We Craft Your Fine Jewelry
Once you approve the 3D model, our master jewelers bring your design to life, shaping each detail by hand with precision and care. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

7. Pre-Delivery Review
We share a video of the finished piece. If you have feedback, we will discuss the best way forward. Please note that changes after completion may incur additional fees for extra materials and labor.

8. Final Payment & Delivery
Once you are completely satisfied, we provide your final invoice, reflecting the final price and the deposit already paid. You then settle the remaining balance. Your jewel is placed in our signature packaging, prepared with care for its journey to you.
