The Journey
1. Your Vision
To begin our dialogue, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your desires:
-
What is the occasion you’re marking?
(Engagement, wedding, vow renewal, promise, anniversary, or re-imagining an heirloom.) -
Do you prefer natural or lab-grown gemstones?
-
Which gemstone shapes do you love?
-
What carat weights are you considering?
-
Do you have designs or inspirational references in mind?
-
What budget range feels comfortable?
-
Do you have a timeline you’d like to work with?
You don’t need to have all the answers. If you’d like to explore beforehand, you may find it helpful to:
-
Browse our private online catalog
-
Visit retailers or brand websites to see styles in person
-
Explore Pinterest for inspiration
-
Familiarize yourself with ring anatomy, customization options, and the key factors that influence pricing—so you know where to prioritize
2. Ring Design
We’ll discuss your ideas, answer your questions, and recommend the best path forward: ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or bespoke.
During this stage, we may:
-
Share existing ring designs
-
Visit retail stores together for inspiration
-
Provide hand-drawn sketches to help visualize proportions and details
We will present one carefully curated selection of diamonds or colored gemstones aligned with your preferences for shape, size, quality, and budget. This step is intended to clarify price expectations and quality levels.
An estimated price for the finished ring will be provided.
3. Center Stone Selection
Once your stone specifications are clearly defined, we carry out a more precise round of gemstone curation. If needed, we continue refining the selection until the right stone is found.
Deposit
- We request a 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimate price to provide a second round of curation.
- And the remaining 50% non-refundable deposit to purchase.
This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
4. 3D CAD Model
Made-to-Order
We adapt our existing 3D CAD model to fit your chosen design, stone, and ring size.
Bespoke
We create a 3D CAD model from scratch based on your approved sketches and stone. You’ll review and request refinements until it’s exactly what you envisioned.
5. Ring Production
Once the 3D CAD model is approved, our master jewelers bring the design to life through casting, stone setting, polishing, and finishing. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
6. Preview
When your ring is complete, we’ll send you a video of the finished jewelry. If you have feedback, we’ll discuss next steps together.
Please note: Additional changes at this stage may incur extra fees, depending on materials and labor required.
7. Payment & Delivery
Once you are fully satisfied, we issue your final invoice, reflecting the actual production cost with your deposit deducted. After settling the balance, your jewel is placed in our signature packaging, prepared with care for its journey to you.
